Our Pay-Per-Use Business Model
Important Note:
Until 20 September 2008, using SurveyToGo will be completely free of charge.
In general however, SurveyToGo is a service based product. It means you won't have to pay for licenses nor install complicated servers as we take care of all that on our hosted environment. You pay only a small price based on your actual service usage. The pricing model is based on the amount of production survey-results you generate. Each time the PDA sends a filled-out questionnaire to the server your account will be deducted 1 survey-result.
Free Usage For Academic & Non-Profit Organizations
Dooblo understands the limited budgets of academic and non-profit organizations and has therefore decided to make SurveyToGo available for free usage to academic organizations (students included) and non-profit organizations. To enlist to our free usage program – please send an email to

What happens if I run out of survey-results before I purchase more?
If you run out of survey-results in your account, and you are trying to upload results from your PDA, the process will fail and you will get a warning message stating you need to re-charge your account.
